lead generation and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have
a passion for customer the Construction Supply industry and possess the ability to analyze
market trends to identify new opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and

Employment: Full Time, M-F 7am-4pm

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – both in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities – be clear and concise with answers.
- Self-motivation, organization, and goal orientation.
- Proficiency with Prophet21, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to understand technical information and competitive landscapes.
- Be a great listener! Listen to what your customer needs – no need to talk over them.
Responsible For
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, research, and follow up on warm/cold leads (web, referrals, calls).
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, and in person to help with orders, quotes, product information, etc.
- Product Expertise: Effectively demonstrate and explain product/service features and benefits.
- Product Knowledge: Learn product features and benefits from our respective vendors – i.e. Simpson Strong Tie, WR Meadows, Multiquip, etc.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through sales stages, handle objections, prepare quotes, and close deals.
- Prophet21: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and team sales quotas and targets.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, vendors, and outside sales teams.
- Special Product research: Some customers require special products that we either do not carry or sell on a regular basis – these types of products are normally outside of the scope of our current vendors – these need to be researched and found
