Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in Construction Supplies or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English

What you’ll do
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate product features to customers, enhancing their understanding and driving upselling opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products effectively.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries over the phone.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations during transactions.
