Specific Skills
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred.
- Experience in the construction hardware industry.
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English
Responsible For
What you’ll do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ordering Parts and driving to pick them up
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promote upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
